[paramiko] patch for x11, local and remote forwarding

Hello,

Replacing my previous patch to implement x11 forwarding, here is a new one 
with a better implementation (hopefully) that handles both x11 forwarding, 
local port forwarding and remote port forwarding.

Since I'm working on a proxy, both client and server side have been tested.
