[paramiko] release: paramiko 1.6.4

Paramiko 1.6.4 is now released:

This is just a bugfix release, with no new features.

* try harder to make sure all worker threads are joined on  
Transport.close()


There aren't any pokémon in the original pantheon that start with  
"y", just like there weren't any "x"s.  The yanma is some kind of odd  
dragonfly-looking thing.  It can see in 360 degrees, so it's nearly  
impossible to sneak up on, should you stumble across one while biking.
