[paramiko] ssh to host and ssh from there to another host

Can you use paramiko to ssh to a host and do some things and then hop from
that host to another host and do some things?  I want to run paramiko from a
laptop but jump through jump hosts to certain networks rather than connect
directly to the systems I need to do some things on.  Is this possible?
