[paramiko] www.lag.net server issue?

Hi

Is there a problem with the lag.net server, as trying to connect to
the paramiko webpage (http://www.lag.net/paramiko) I'm getting the
following error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.

    Hint: https://green.lag.net/

Is this a permanent change?
