[paramiko] Paramiko bugs out on windows 2003 server

The windows server machine has python 2.3 which cannot be upgraded
(unfortunately). So the version of paramiko and pycrypto are latest ones
I can install on python 2.3

The line numbers don't match up with 1.7.3. Can you try against 1.7.3  
and see if you have the same error?
