[paramiko] python 2.6 support

Paramiko does work fine with 2.6. I remember I got warnings
complaining about future from pyCrypto, but I simply suppressed them.
It maybe likely that since then pyCrypto was updated, but I haven't
been on the maintenance treadmill for the last few months as all is
well for me.
